Shipping Policy

At Cleansmart, we want to make your shopping experience smooth and straightforward. When you place an order on our website, you agree to the following shipping details to ensure clear communication and mutual understanding.

Stock and Availability
We maintain real-time inventory to keep our stock levels accurate. In the rare event an item is unexpectedly out of stock when we process your order, we'll dispatch it as soon as our next shipment arrives—typically within a couple of days. If any significant delays occur, we'll contact you promptly to discuss your options.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. The amount you see at checkout is the final shipping cost, and it will be paid along with your purchase.

Delivery with NZ Post Courier
We ship all orders within New Zealand using NZ Post Courier, which provides tracking so you can follow your parcel. Orders placed before 1 PM (NZ time) will be shipped the same day, (if in stock). Orders placed after that will be shipped the next business day. We despatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If there’s a delay, we’ll contact you with an update.

You can track your shipment at NZ Couriers Tracking. Once your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes 2-3 working days.

Changing Your Delivery Address
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us before your order has been shipped. Once your parcel has been dispatched, we cannot be responsible for any delivery issues.

Delivery Timeframes
After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Expect your delivery within 2-3 working days. If it’s taking longer than expected, please email us immediately at sales@cleansmart.co.nz with your order number.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos of the damage. We will then arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. Please note, once your order has shipped, we cannot cancel or accept returns for standard orders.
